Service 1: The Cash-First Operational Audit
Best for: Businesses that know something is wrong but can't pinpoint it.I start every engagement the same way: I follow the cash. Cash flow is the most honest signal in any business — it reveals where money is leaking, where processes are broken, and where decisions are being made without good information.
Over four to eight weeks, I work alongside your leadership team to map your financial and operational reality, identify the root causes of friction, and deliver a written action plan with prioritized recommendations. You leave the engagement with a clear picture of what's actually happening in your business and a roadmap for what to fix first.

Service 2: Systems Implementation & Optimization
Best for: Businesses whose tools are holding them back.You have systems. You also have spreadsheets. You also have a few things in someone's head. The technology you bought to make life easier is now a patchwork — and your team is doing a lot of work to keep it from falling apart.
I lead end-to-end systems projects: ERP and accounting platform implementations, CRM optimization, billing and collections workflow redesign, financial reporting infrastructure, and the cross-functional integrations that make all of it work together. I do the project management, vendor coordination, change management, and team training.
When I leave, your systems work. Your team knows how to use them. And the documentation actually exists.

Service 3: Fractional Controller Services
Best for: Businesses that need ongoing financial leadership without a full-time hire.You are past the bookkeeper stage. You need someone reading the numbers, owning the close, building the reporting, and giving you a real financial point of view every month — but you cannot justify a $200,000 Controller and a $150,000 finance team.
I serve as your part-time Controller on a monthly retainer. Depending on your needs, that includes ownership of the month-end close, KPI and dashboard reporting, cash flow forecasting, vendor and customer financial relationships, audit preparation, and direct strategic guidance to ownership. I work in your tools, attend your leadership meetings, and serve as the financial voice in the room.

Service 4: Internal Leadership Mentorship
Best for: Businesses that have someone ready to grow — but need a guide.Most of my clients have somebody on their team — a Controller, an Operations Manager, a "Number 2" — who has the talent to grow into a real leadership role but has never had a real mentor. They were promoted into the seat. Nobody taught them how to sit in it.
I work directly with that person inside your business: structured 1:1 coaching sessions, shadowing on real projects, joint problem-solving on actual challenges, and a development path that builds executive capability over months instead of years. This is not training-by-PowerPoint. It is hands-on, in-the-trenches mentorship from someone who has held those roles.
