I take on a small number of clients at a time — intentionally. Before we talk about an engagement, I want to make sure I'm the right fit for your situation. Here's how it works.
How It Works

| 2. I give you my honest read | I tell you what I think is driving the problem and whether I'm the right person to help. If I'm not, I'll tell you that too. |
| 3. If it's a fit, I propose a scope | A written proposal with a defined scope, timeline, and investment. No surprises. |
| 4. We get to work | Every engagement starts with a thorough diagnostic before any recommendations are made. |
Who I Work With
SMS Consulting is the right fit if:
- You run a business between $2M and $15M in revenue.
- You know your operations and finances are not where they should be — and you're ready to do something about it.
- You want a real diagnostic and a real plan, not a generic playbook.
- You believe in training your team to sustain what we build together.
- You value direct, honest conversation over polite consultant-speak.
Who I Don't Work With
SMS Consulting may not be the right fit if:
- You're looking for a coach or a motivational speaker. I'm an operator.
- You want someone to validate decisions you've already made. I'll give you my honest read, not a rubber stamp.
- You aren't willing to share real financial and operational data. I cannot diagnose what I cannot see.
What a Discovery Call Is (and Isn't)
It is a real conversation
I will ask you pointed questions about your financials, your operations, and where you feel the most friction. I will give you my honest read on what I think is happening.
It is not a sales call
I am not going to pitch you, pressure you, or follow up repeatedly if we're not the right fit. If I think you need something different from what I offer, I'll tell you that.
Most people leave the call with at least one thing they didn't know before it — regardless of whether we work together.
